SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we become aware that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All UK orders will be shipped using Hermes Standard Delivery, unless otherwise stated. Hermes aim to deliver within 3-5 days, however, ask that you wait 7 days before querying the whereabouts of your order. A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped, and you can track your consignment at myhermes.co.uk
Standard free delivery is provided on orders over £5. We reserve the right to revoke this offer at any time
Pet Bakery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

At Pet Bakery, we aim to make the best treats we possibly can for your dog, but if you change your mind, you can return the items to us for either a refund (to the value of the items ordered i.e. shipping cost will not be refunded) or to be exchanged for one of our other wonderful treats.
We need to be notified about any returns within 14 days of delivery, and the return must be received within 14 days of notification of return. You can simply notify us by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using the contact form on our website. The treats should be returned unopened, and in their original, saleable condition to:
